Course Details : This two-day course creates opportunities of learning and institutionalizing the Lean-Agile principles and practices of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®).
Although this course is designed and developed keeping in mind SAFe® Agilist certification, the design & delivery is done to make this more of a learning intervention. Hence this learning intervention is NOT designed FOR BOOKISH understanding. This creates a foundational perspective and hence possibilities of implementation of SAFe® philosophy through intrinsic willingness.Duration : 2 Days| 14 hours/PDUs
