time, are a binding contract between Asmi Creative Solutions and You. Asmi
Creative Solutions reserves the rights to change the terms and conditions
without any prior notice.
v Cash on Delivery (COD) option is currently not
available.
v Shipping charges :
Please note that shipping charge varies from product to product based on its weight, dimensions, etc. Application of Shipping charge is at seller's discretion.
Returns/Replacement/Refund Policy:
- Product once sold cannot be returned /
replaced. We do not offer refunds once the product is purchased.
- At the time of shipping, your product is
packed with utmost care and love. We pack it with best available packing
material and take necessary precautions to ensure the product reaches you
without any damage. However, if the product gets damaged during transit… Please
raise return request on www.asmionline.in and email the
photographs of damaged product from your registered email id within 24
hours of receipt of product.
- Order placed against
services/enrolments/downloadable products cannot be cancelled / revoked at
any point of time.
- All returns/replacements/refunds are at the
discretion of Asmi Creative Solutions.
v Cancellation:
- Once payment is made, order (Product/service)
cannot be cancelled.
- Asmi Creative Solutions reserves all the
rights to cancel the order without any prior intimation.
Product will be delivered within 8 to
10 working days via speed post.
v No Guarantee / Warranty:
Asmi Creative Solutions being online selling partner, takes no responsibility for the services or products that are sold or supplied by third party vendors/sellers. Asmi Creative Solutions does not offer any guarantee/ warranty to their end users related to the quality, safety, usability, or any other aspect of a product or service.
